Cancellation Requests

Processed Orders
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to initiate a return once you receive the product.

Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate the return within 7 days of delivery. -
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. -
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include this number on the package when returning the item. -
Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. -
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
