Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our warehouse through third-party eCommerce logistics. Our goal is to ensure that products reach you within 7-10 days from the receipt of your order and payment. Deliveries are usually made between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product type, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed at checkout, allowing you to review them before making payment.

Order Processing

Due to courier pickup timelines, all orders received before 2:00 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Issues

Order delivery may fail due to reasons such as an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or premises being closed. In such cases, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you to resolve the issue.

Weather and Other Delays

In cases of severe weather conditions, such as floods or heavy rains, or national bandhs, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery for another date. If your product is not delivered due to these reasons, we will inform you accordingly.

Reporting Shortages or Damages

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service on the day of delivery through the "Contact Us" page on our website. Additionally, any shortage of goods must be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.
